Just one mile from world-famous Old Town Scottsdale and kitty-corner from the largest and most upscale mall in the whole Southwest, the Hotel Adeline is a favorite of artists, influencers, and the local who's-who thanks to their focus on colorful, creative design. Your Instagram feed will be poppin' with amazing backdrops around every corner! We'll be hanging out in the colorful restaurant that evening and would love to meet you!
MONDAY, MARCH 4TH
MEET US IN THE SPEAKEASY
Don't worry, we'll give you the secret password! We've booked the coolest meeting space in the whole hotel: the functioning speakeasy! During this full day, we'll map out your next offer in extreme detail: modules, bonuses, price points--the works! Our small group, intensive work with 2 master coaches means you'll get all the attention you need--and you'll be on fire with clarity and excitement! In the evening, you're free to relax by the pool, explore the town, get your headshots taken, or join us at our private VIP soiree (limited VIP tix available!).

It's back to our fancy digs for another full work day in our small group, with personalized attention from two master coaches. Today we're making marketing fun again! This is our marketing and messaging deep dive day, where we're upleveling your marketing skillset so you get NOTICED and KNOWN. Using the psychology of your Ideal Clients, you'll understand how to speak right to them with marketing that works for today's audience. Tonight is a surprise dinner experience for the whole group in beautiful Scottsdale!
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 6TH
OUR FINAL MORNING TOGETHER
No booking an early flight: we still have work to do! Today we take all your lessons learned and outline the launch plan that will be MOST effective for you and your audience, while still putting your life FIRST! We're giving you our most advanced tools to get your offer off the ground successfully WITHOUT burning you out! We'll wrap at lunchtime today, so you can either travel home OR stay a few more days to soak up the sun!

Full refunds are available until January 2nd, 2024.
50% refunds are available from January 2nd to February 1st, 2024.
After February 1st, 2024, we must adhere to a strict no refund policy due to our various expenses. That said, we understand that emergencies happen, and if one arises you can re-sell your ticket to someone else.
There are not CEs available for this event.
Yes! Your entire trip can be considered education and training, which is a tax-deductible business expense for therapists and coaches. Always check with your local CPA!
Katie Read is a well-known and respected therapist-turned-coach, who grew from a middle-aged therapist/ special needs mom who knew nothing about tech to a thriving 7-figure coaching business in just 3 years.
James Wilde has worked side-by-side with Katie for the last 3 years, and the two can finish each other's sentences! James was also a longtime therapist who had successfully moved into coaching before coming to work for Katie.
We have contracted a hotel rate for our guests of $259/ night plus taxes and fees ( A GREAT price for Scottsdale in the springtime!). This rate will be available a few days before and after our event, should you choose to extend your trip. The hotel is part of the Bonvoy program, if you have Marriott points!
OF NOTE: We are meeting in a speakeasy, so liquor will be present and visible in our meeting space (though obviously the bar will not be open while we meet!). Please note also that doors in this hotel open to the outside, not to an indoor hallway. We have requested interior rooms that face the pool, though the hotel cannot 100% guarantee these.
You will fly into the Phoenix airport (PHX). From here, a 20-minute Uber will get you to the hotel.
Breakfast and lunch are covered Monday and Tuesday. Breakfast is covered Wednesday. A special dinner experience is covered Tuesday evening. VIP ticket-holders also have food and drinks covered Monday evening, as well.
Katie's favorite local photographer--a true branding whiz--will be onsite at various times throughout the event taking photos. She's also crafting a few options for headshot packages from mini-sessions to full branding shoots at a discount from her regular rates. We'll have time each afternoon for shoots, and our photog has shot dozens of people at this very stylish hotel, so she knows all the perfect locations.
If you choose a VIP ticket, we're buying your headshots for you! You'll have a 10-image shoot included in your VIP ticket, or the option to upgrade to a larger package.

Yes! Beyond everything in our standard ticket, our VIP ticketholders will enjoy an upgraded welcome gift, a free headshot photo shoot, a VIP soiree Monday evening, and bonus coaching time with James and Katie following the event.
First, we're buying your branding photo shoot with Katie's favorite local photographer. Then, we'll all be together Monday evening for the private VIP soiree (details to follow: food and drinks included!).
Then, following the event, we'll do two live online VIP-only coaching sessions for those questions you always think of as soon as you get on the plane home. Don't worry, we've gotcha covered!
